OK, OK, I said I was done being weird. I lied, a little bit.
The one respite I've had from the grind of the last year has been the gym. Two years ago, I walked into my (then) neighborhood gym in search of a personal trainer. By dumb luck I found not only one of the finest trainers in the city, but I found a fast friend as well. Two years later, Mo Sullivan is still kicking my ass with a smile on her face.
Mo says that she used to recite this rhyme at camp when she was young. I'd never heard of it before, but hearing Mo do it on one of our morning runs got the gears turning.
